Hey listeners, just a small area to introduce myself. My foundation is a ranch girl, a registered nurse at heart, with a passion for pageantry, and a wife to UFC fighter Ian "The Hurricane" Heinisch.

Being new to the fight game, (when I say new, I mean new. My high school didn't even have a wrestling program)

I wanted to create an area to visit with other wives living this fight life with their husbands. From meal prepping during camp, to weight cuts, this podcast is created to give listeners a different perspective to the fight game. To understand the foundation of these incredible women, in the story of wives who keep it all together,
